The journey, in five steps
1. Apply and join
Fill out our short application, tell us about your athlete, pick a membership tier. You can cancel anytime.
2. Activate your SportsRecruits profile
Within days, we add your athlete to the SportsRecruits platform. You get an activation email and your profile goes live. The platform used by college coaches now knows your player exists.
3. Work through the Recruiting Academy
Self-paced lessons walk your family through everything — how to write a coach email that actually gets read, what your highlight reel should (and shouldn’t) include, recruiting timelines by age, NCAA basics, and the questions to ask before a visit.
4. Use the playbook
Track coach outreach in one place. Use our email templates. Attend virtual showcases with college coaches on the panel. (On Performance and Elite, we review your video, coach your outreach, and run strategy sessions with you.)
5. Stay in the loop
Monthly member updates, webinars with college coaches, the Spotlight feature that highlights one MSA athlete a month, and — when it’s time — in-person showcase opportunities across the Mid-Atlantic.
What we're not
We're honest about this because it matters.
- We don't form teams. Keep playing for your club. MSA goes on top.
- We don't run travel leagues.
- We don't tell your club coach what their tactics should be.
- We don't guarantee college offers. Nobody can. We give you the profile, the playbook, and the guidance to make the offers more likely.
- We don't sell a one-size-fits-all package. Three tiers exist because different families need different levels of hands-on support.
